1) Enter your data:

Your Name Email

2) Select source database:


3 )Select the fields to show (Press Shift or Control to multiple select):

 
 
4) Gene Ontology aditional information
 
Check this option to include Gene Ontology exhaustive search (GO terms must be selected in the previous selection)
 
Enter the level of the Gene Ontology deep graphical representation:
(NOTE: Be careful with the number of proteins to show)

 
5 ) Upload an input file with the protein code list:

.XML (PRIDE XML)
.TXT (Format: accesion_code(tab)protein_name(new line))

6) Press Run to start :
